Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP data of the connection owner are stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies, as are the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number, as well as other data provided by the invoice recipient.

In addition, personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the service recipient are stored for the purpose of processing the contract. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, as well as to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations and to data service providers who ensure the operation of our database, our IT and newsletter system. We have concluded an order processing contract with these in accordance with Art. 28 of the DSGVO.

After the shopping process has been cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies or storage. These are pieces of information that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use this data to make our offer user-friendly. Some of them remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Social media

Social media plug-ins are integrated on our website, for example Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. Data can be transferred to third parties through these. We have no influence on cookies set by Facebook, Twitter, etc., nor do we have access to them.

Web analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc (« Google »). Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by this about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Newsletter

If you make a booking, purchase, enquiry, request information or brochures from us, we will process your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit b, f. You can also subscribe to our newsletter on our website. In the newsletters, we inform you about innovations to our product/our service, news and interesting facts, as far as possible and known to us, tailored to your interests and your prior bookings with us. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect and store the data you enter in the input mask (e.g. surname, first name, e-mail address, postal address and enrich these with interests known to us from your holiday wishes). We use your data for direct marketing within the meaning of Article 21 DSGVO and Article 6 para 1 lit f DSGV in order to send you tailor-made information about our services. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. Subscription to the newsletter is only possible with your consent. The double opt-in procedure is used for registration.

We also use your child’s date of birth to send booking-related direct marketing emails. In doing so, we will always send the email via the parental email address provided in the booking process. You can object to this use at any time with effect for the future.

You can easily cancel direct marketing emails as well as the consent to the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe function of the newsletter sent to you. We use the data exclusively for sending direct marketing mails and newsletters.

For the creation of the newsletter, we use the « NumBirds » service of Sports and Tourism Digital Services GmbH, 6020 Innsbruck, Brixnerstraße 3/3. In order to protect the confidentiality of your personal data, we have concluded an order processing agreement with the company.

Your rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can report to the supervisory authority.
